a dark spell has been cast.

i jinxed it by speaking too soon. by late afternoon, dark clouds snuck in over the mountains and the spring showers cursed the summer for trying to take over. we had thunder, lightening, rain, and a rainbow. summer didn't let up on its heat though, as it still remained 87 degrees.

instead of trying to figure it out, i think i'll just sit here and watch the sky with my glass of wine.
