of all the recipes i planned on making this past weekend, the breakfast dish was the only thing that deemed worthy enough to share. the ham breakfast braid came out delicious and it was easy to make. i simplified the recipe (even more) by eliminating the cream cheese altogether (i've never made my eggs with cream cheese and didn't want to risk it) and used regular deli ham. i also added white onion and green pepper to my eggs (of course), but do as you like - this dish is so versatile!
i don't think the recipe explains how to braid a crescent roll very well. i actually had to look up a tutorial online, which i can't find right now but this is a good one as well: braid tutorial. i am definitely adding this to my breakfast menu. try it out and tell me how you like it :)
