this is probably my favorite recipe for stuffed chicken. the flavor is great and i love the color of the red roasted peppers when you cut open the chicken (i know, i should've taken a picture of that). i followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfect - delicious and moist.
accompanying the chicken is linguine with broccoli and red peppers. just toss the ingredients together with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesean cheese and it's a perfect combination, not to mention very easy!
