i can listen to corinne's voice all day. i immediately fell in love with her self-titled album but this song in particular is so beautiful and soft - it really does reflect love in its saddest hour - when it's over. you may or may not know but corinne is a widow, her husband passed in 2008 due to an overdose. even though the song came out well before her husband's death, i can't help but place the sadness of her voice in this song with the sadness of his passing.

it also reminds me to never take the people i love for granted.. something that i do more than i'd like to admit.
