yesterday the office threw a potluck luncheon for me accompanied by those beautiful flowers above and last night z went through the trouble of getting me cupcakes from frostings. i can honestly say that i am officially birthdayed out even though the real celebration is this weekend in Big Bear. we're leaving for the mountains thursday night and i feel like i have 20384234 things to do before then. even so, i'm still very much excited about catching snowflakes on my tongue. can you believe it'll be snowing? i've been keeping a close eye on the weather and almost squealed with delight when i saw it would be snowing this weekend. i kept checking everyday just to make sure and here we are... 2 days before we head out and the forecast still says there will be snowfall.
my birthday snow angels have heard me and i can't wait to make more of them this weekend.
