pain

the pains i experienced all in one day (yesterday):

-neck pains. around this time last year, my neck was bent to the left for a good month due to pains. yesterday those pains came back.. causing the worse headaches i've ever experienced.

-i stepped on a paperclip. it was bent and went through my flip-flop, into my right foot. it bled. and now i have a spongebob band-aid on it.

-i lifted a ream of paper and it bent back half of my right index fingernail. so there's blood under my fingernail now. how sexy, huh?

-for whatever reason i hit my head while getting in my car. that added to the headaches.

-my sides were in pain from yoga class the night before


thank goodness for pain relievers and heated beanbags.
