dare i say that Fall is here for good? it's been raining non-stop since Saturday and i've been slowly waking my Fall & winter wardrobe up from hibernation. the flip flops and summer dresses are already starting to collect dust but i'm reluctant to permanently tuck them away. this cold and damp weather is going to have to overcome its welcome in order to fully convince me that it's here to stay.z arrived safely. i was worried because of the thunderstorms and lightening, we've been experiencing them all day long. thank the heavens his flight landed okay despite the heavy turbulence. i was worried about emi too since she doesn't appear to be a fan of thunderstorms. today was her first experience with them and she doesn't quite know what to make of the noise but you can tell she's intimidated by it.
alas, we're all together again and life can return to normal. for a second there, i almost forgot what normal was...
